金匮肾气丸治疗2型糖尿病60例临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on Jinkui Shenqi Pill in the treatment of 60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的研究分析金匮肾气丸治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效,为2型糖尿病的治疗提供依据。方法选取2009年1月~2010年11月在我院内分泌科门诊就诊的2型糖尿病患者120例,根据用药方法不同,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各60例。两组均给予格列美脲治疗,治疗组同时给予金匮肾气丸加味治疗,治疗4周后比较两组的疗效及血糖水平。结果治疗组显效率明显高于对照组显效率,差异有高度统计学意义（χ2=8.34,P〈0.01）;对照组无效率明显高于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义（χ2=9.09,P〈0.01）;两组治疗后空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2 h血糖（PBG2 h）和糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）与治疗前比较,均有明显的降低,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）;治疗后,治疗组FBG和PBG 2 h水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（t=6.65、6.21,P〈0.05）。治疗后1周和治疗后2周,两组FBG和PBG 2 h比较,差异无统计学意义（t=0.86、3.34,P〉0.05）,而治疗后3、4周,治疗组水平明显低于对照组水平,差异有统计学意义（t=5.32、6.32,P〈0.05）。结论应用金匮肾气丸治疗糖尿病,治疗效果明显,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy on Jinkui Shenqi Pill in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 120 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in our hospital from January 2009 to November 2010 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to different methods of treatment,each group had 60 cases,two groups were given Glimepiride.In addition,the patients of treatment group were given the Jinkui Shenqi Pill.The efficacy and blood sugar levels of two groups were compared after 4 weeks treatment.Results The proportion of efficiency of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（χ2=8.34,P 0.01）.The proportion of no efficiency of control group was significantly higher than that of treatment group,the difference was statistically significant（χ2= 9.09,P 0.01）.And FBG,PBG 2 h and HbA1c in two groups after treatment were significantly lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant（all P 0.05）,after treatment,FBG and PBG 2 h of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（t = 6.65,6.21,P 0.05）.Comparing on the levels of FBG and PBG 2 h of two groups after 1 week,2 weeks treatment had no statistically significant difference（t = 0.86,3.34,P 0.05）,but after 3,4 weeks,the level of FBG and PBG 2 h in treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（t = 5.32,6.32,P 0.05）.Conclusion The treatment effect of Jinkui Shenqi Pill for type 2 diabetes mellitus is obvious,it is worthy of clinical application.
