伤害控制骨科技术在严重多发伤救治中的应用

Application of damage control orthopedic techniques in the treatment of patients with severe multiple trauma

目的总结伤害控制骨科技术在治疗严重多发伤患者中应用的疗效。方法回顾分析我院2006年3月~2010年11月收治86例严重多发伤患者采取伤害控制骨科技术救治的情况。结果本组86例中,9例死亡,3例截肢,3例发生骨不愈合经再次手术或更换固定方法后愈合。61例患者的功能最终恢复到正常或基本正常,16例患者遗留有不同程度的功能障碍。结论伤害控制骨科技术改变了过去传统的救治模式和理念,明显提高了严重多发伤患者的救治成功率。

Objective To summary the application of damage control orthopedic technology in the treatment of patients with severe multiple trauma.Methods The datas of 86 patients with severe multiple trauma from March 2006 to November 2010 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed,which the patients were treated by damage control orthopedic technology.Results Among 86 cases,9 cases were died,3 cases were amputation,3 cases were nonunion or replaced by a fixed method of re-operation after the healing.61 cases eventually returned to normal function or normal,16 cases were left with varying degrees of dysfunction.Conclusion Damage control orthopedic technology has changed the traditional models and concepts of the treatment,and significantly increased successful treatment rate of patients with severe multiple trauma.
