选穴注射药物治疗贝尔面瘫

Point-selected therapy with drug injection in the treatment of Bell's Palsy

目的观察选穴注射药物治疗贝尔面瘫的方法及临床效果。方法选取78例贝尔面瘫患者为研究对象,将其分为观察组(40例)和对照组(38例)。对照组采用患侧选穴针刺治疗,每次留针20 min,两日1次,20 d为1个疗程,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予患侧选穴甲钴胺注射液交替注射治疗,每次每穴注射0.25 mL,疗程及次数同对照组,观察两组患者治疗1个疗程及2个疗程后的临床疗效。结果观察组治疗1个疗程后总有效率为80.0%,治疗2个疗程后总有效率为97.5%,均高于对照组(71.1%、81.6%),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组治疗1个疗程及2个疗程后面神经功能(FNFI)评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论贝尔面瘫采用穴位注射甲钴胺能够有效地提高患侧神经纤维兴奋性,促进了轴索再生,通过针刺及药物的双重作用提高药物对穴位的刺激,临床疗效显著。

Objective To observe clinical effects on point-selected therapy with durg injection in the treatment of Bell＇s palsy.Methods 78 patients with Bell＇s palsy were selected as study cases and divided into observation group（40 cases） and control group（38 cases） randomly.Control group was given ipsilateral acupuncture point treatment,retaining the needle 20 min each time,1 time per 2 days,20 days for a course.The observation group was given ipsilateral injection of Methylcobalamin Injections alternately based on the treatment of control group,0.25 mL each acupuncture point injection.The course and frequency were the same to the control group.The clinical effects after 1 course and 2 courses of the patients were observed.Results The total effective rates after 1 course treatment and 2 courses treatment in the observation group were 80.0%,97.5% respectively,which were higher than that of the control group（71.1%,81.6%）,there were significant differences between two groups（all P0.05）.The compassions of FNFI in two groups after treatment of 1 courses and 2 courses were significant different（all P0.05）.Conclusion Taking the method of point-selected therapy injection of methylcobalamin for Bell＇s palsy patients can effectively improve the excitability of nerve fibers,can promote axonal regeneration.According to the dual role of drug needle machine,it can stimulate acupuncture points,obtaining significant clinical effects.
