早产低出生体重儿鼻饲法喂养护理分析

The care analysis of nasal feeding for preterm low birth weight children

目的分析早产低出生体重儿采取鼻饲法喂养的护理效果与要点。方法将我院收治的64例早产低出生体重儿随机分对照组与鼻饲组,每组各32例。对照组采取经口滴管喂养,鼻饲组采取鼻饲喂养,对比两组患儿的成活率、体重变化情况及住院时间。结果对照组患儿存活率为65.63%,鼻饲组患儿存活率为87.50%,鼻饲组患儿存活率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);鼻饲组患儿10 d时体重与住院时间两项观察指标也显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论尽早开展鼻饲喂养可有效提高患儿存活率,缩短住院时间,促进患者体重增长。

Objective To analyze the care effect and points of nasal feeding for preterm low birth weight children.Methods 64 cases of premature low birth weight children admitted into our hospital were randomly divided into control group and nasal group,control group was given mouth dropper feeding,nasal group was given nasogastric feeding,the survival rate、weight changes and hospital stay of two groups were compared.Results The survival rate of control group was 65.63%,the nasal group was 87.50%,the survival rate of nasal groups was significantly higher than control group（P0.05）;Two observed indicators of the body weight and hospital stay of nasal group children when10 d were also significantly better than the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion As soon as possible to carry out nasal feeding can effectively improve the survival of children,shorter hospital stay,promote weight gain in patients.
