新品系A系兔生长发育及部分特征特性测定

对127只五世代的新品系A系兔进行测定,结果表明:A系兔早期增重较快、肉质良好。35日龄断奶个体重0.7kg左右,56日龄重1.3kg,90日龄重2.17kg,与德国白兔同期体重相近。断奶～56日龄、56～90日龄平均日增重分别为28g和26g,幼兔(断奶～90日龄)成活率达96.06%,料重比为3.54:1。3月龄A系兔全净膛屠宰率51.14%、肉骨比为4.66:1,兔肉pH值6.21,失水率18.29%,含干物质25.70%、蛋白质23.12%、脂肪1.49%。成年体重3.6kg,体长、胸围分别为49cm和31cm,耳长12.5cm、耳宽6.5cm,白毛红眼。成年公兔头型较母兔略粗大,青年公母兔间头型差别不明显。

According to the growth performance of 127 individuals, which were the 5th generation of the new strain, line A, we could make a conclusion: Line A grew fast in the early days, and meat quality was wonderful. The average weaning weight at 35 day old was about 0.7kg, the average body weight at 56 day 1.3kg and the weight at 90 day was 2.17kg, which was almost equal with German White Rabbit at the same age. The average daily gains during 35～56 day old, 56～90 day old were respectively 28g and 26g, the survival rate after weaning amounted to 96.06% and the feed/weight gain was 3.54:1. The slaughtering rate at 3 month old (in the carcass, liver, heart, kidney and lung were extracted) was 51.14%, the ratio of meat to bone was 4.66:1, meat pH was 6.21,water-holding capacity was 81.71%, the percentages of dry substance, protein and fat were respectively 25.70, 23.12 and 1.49. The average weight of adult was 3.6kg with white fur and red eye.The body length, chest girth, ear length, ear width were respectively 49cm, 31cm, 12.5cm, 6.5cm. The head of adult buck was more thicker than adult doe's, but the difference between the young was not significant.
