个性化护理对腰椎间盘突出症患者生活质量及心理状态的影响

The effcts of individualized nursing to quality of life and mental state of patients with lumbar disc herniation

目的探讨个性化护理对腰椎间盘突出症患者生活质量及心理状态的影响。方法选择我院腰椎间盘突出症症患者100例,随机将其分为干预组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组给予常规护理措施,干预组除了进行常规健康教育外,还根据其自身特点采取个性化的护理干预指导其日常生活。采用SF-36量表、焦虑自量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)测评两组患者入院时和出院后半年的效果。对两组患者进行问卷调查,并对结果进行分析。结果干预后,干预组的ST-36得分,各项观察指标较干预前明显改善(P<0.05、P<0.01)。干预后干预组的焦虑、抑郁评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个性化护理可以有效提高腰椎间盘突出症患者的生活质量,改善其心理状态。

Objective To investigate the effcts of individualized nursing to quality of life and mental state of patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods 100 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received single conventional therapy while the intervention group was given individualized mursing intervention according to their own characteristics besides the conventional therapy.Using SDS,SAS,AND SF-36 Life Quality Measuring Scale to evaluate the effects of the patients in both groups on admission and 6 months after discharege.Results The dimensions of quality of life besides the physical function in the intervention group were significantly different after intervention（P 〈0.05,P 〈0.01）.The scores of anxiety and depression among the intervention were lower than those of the control group after intervention.The difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Humane care can improve quality of life of patients with lumbar disc herniation and improve their mental state.
