Analysis on application effect of CBL teaching method on surgical nursing teaching

目的探讨CBL教学法在外科护理学教学中的应用及效果。方法采用方便抽样的方法抽取我校2007级护理本科生239名,分为实验组(119名)和对照组(120名);实验组采用CBL教学法进行外科护理学教学,对照组采取传统教学法进行授课。授课结束后,对两组采用考试和问卷调查相结合的方法进行教学效果的评价。结果实验组考试主观成绩及教学满意度均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 CBL教学法教学效果优于传统教学法,有助于培养护生的临床思维能力。

Objective To study the application effect of CBL teaching method on surgical nursing teaching.Methods 239 cases of 2007 grade nursing students in our college were selected by convenience sampling method,who were divided into the experimental group（119 cases） and the control group（120 cases）.CBL teaching method was used to teach surgical nursing in the experimental group,while traditional teaching method was adopted to teach surgical nursing in the control group.After lecture,the combination of examination and questionnaire methods were used to evaluate the teaching effectiveness of the two group.Results Both the subjective scores and teaching satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（all P 0.05）.Conclusion The effect of CBL teaching method is better than that of the traditional teaching method,and it contributes to cultivate the clinical thinking ability of nursing students.
