洛赛克联合去甲肾上腺素治疗脑血管病应激性溃疡的疗效评价

The effect evaluation of the treatment of Losec combined Norepinephrine for cerebrovascular disease stress ulcer

目的评价洛赛克联合去甲肾上腺素治疗脑血管病应激性溃疡的临床价值。方法选取我院2008年4月～2011年5月收治的63例脑血管病应激性溃疡患者,随机将其分为两组,观察组31例采用洛赛克联合去甲肾上腺素治疗,对照组32例采用单纯洛赛克治疗,观察两组患者的治疗总有效率。结果观察组显效24例,有效5例,无效2例,治疗总有效率为93.54%;对照组显效20例,有效3例,无效9例,总有效率为71.88%,两组治疗总有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=5.13,P<0.05)。结论洛赛克联合去甲肾上腺素治疗能有效改善脑血管病应激性溃疡患者的临床症状,减轻患者痛苦。

Objective To evaluate the effect value of the treatment of Losec combined Norepinephrine for cerebrovascular disease stress ulcer.Methods 63 cases of patients with cerebrovascular disease stress ulcer were selected in our hospital from April 2008 to May 2011,and randomly divided into two groups,31 patients of observation group were given Losec combined Norepinephrine for treatment,32 patients of control group were given simple Losec for treatment,the total effective rates of two groups were observed.Results There were 24 cases of markedly in observation group,5 cases of effective,2 cases of invalid,the total treatment effective was 93.54%;there were 20 cases of markedly in observation group,3 cases of effective,9 cases of invalid,the total treatment effective was 71.88%,the differences of the total effective treatment of both groups were significant（χ2=5.13,P〈 0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of Losec combined Norepinephrine can improve cerebrovascular disease in patients with stress ulcer symptoms,reduce the suffering of patient.
