目的探讨输液反应的原因分析及防治措施。方法回顾性分析2003年2月至2011年2月我院输液反应病例66例进行统计分析。结果药物、季节、患者、输液器具及操作等因素是导致输液反应发生的原因。结论控制好药品和输液器具的质量关,遵守无菌操作规程与输液速度,规范的药物配伍,熟悉有关的药理知识,特殊病人重点观察,是预防输液反应的重要环节。

Objective To investigate the transfusion reaction causes analysis and prevention measures.Methods A retrospective analysis from 2003 February to 2011 February in our hospital infusion reaction in 66 cases analysis.Results drug,season,patients,transfusion apparatus and operation factors and the like is the leading cause of infusion reaction causes.Conclusion good control of drugs and infusion apparatus quality,adherence to aseptic operation and transfusion speed,regulate the drug compatibility,familiar with the relevant knowledge of pharmacology,special patients focus on prevention of transfusion reaction,is the important link of.
