空肠弯曲菌肠毒素产生最佳培养条件的研究

摘要 通过对C.jejuni产生CE的最佳培养基及多粘菌素B、Fe3+ 、培养温度、培养时间、传代次数影响CE 产生的研究,确定了M199+ T(胰蛋白胨10g/L)+ AA(2.5g/L的L-丝氨酸、L-谷氨酸)+ FeCL3(0.75m g/L)是产生CE的最佳培养基,37℃微需氧培养48h 是产生CE的最佳培养条件。同时,还发现C.jejuni传代5 次以上,产生CE的能力下降,因此用于CE检测的菌株传代不得超过4 代。 The best medium for the production of C.jejuni CE and the influence of polymyxin B,Fe 3+ ,culture temperature and hours,passaged times of the bacteria on CE production were studied in this paper.It was showed that Medium 199 plus 10 g/L tryptone, 2.5 g/L L serine and L glutamic acid,0.75 mg/L ferric chloride(M 199+T+AA+Fe 3+ )was the best medium for the production of C E,and that the bacteria inoculated in M 199+T+AA+Fe 3+ and incubated at 37℃ for 48 h in a microaerophilic atmospher was the best condition for the production of CE.It was also found that the bacteria passaged more than 5 times would reduce the output of CE.Therefore,the bacteria detected for CE could be passaged no more than 4 times
