对信息的系统化管理既是数字化信息管理的重要组成部分，也是现代化信息建设的关键性环节。基于JavaEE的就业信息管理系统能够作为企业与就业管理人员相互通讯的平台，及时提供就业办在管理用户就业时所需的信息，全面提高管理者在管理用户就业时的效率和水平，具有极强的适应性和实用性，为高校在设置专业和监测该专业就业情况方面提供了一定的数据支持。本文从基于JavaEE的就业信息管理系统的设计与实现方面探讨了该系统的原理与构造，以期开发出一种便于使用的应用软件。
