This aricle has discussed the selection of ingredient materials for antistatic,oil resistant and corrosion protective coatings on oil tanks,focused on the influence of resin binders,and conductive fillers and their amounts on the static conduction and corrosion protection of the coating film.The optimum combination of static conduction and corrosion protective performance of the film has been attained through orthogonal design experiments and proper selection of the ingredient materials of the formulation.
