摘要
大连国际会议中心为大跨悬挑结构,钢结构施工过程中会发生体系的转换,结构受力情况与结构整体计算有一定的差异。运用SAP2000软件对工程进行施工模拟计算分析,根据结构本身的受力特点制定了相应的卸载方案,提出了结构各个部位的起拱值。施工模拟计算也可以控制悬挑部位与外围护曲面框架的连接变位,同时对构件的制造及安装误差进行控制。
Dalian International Conference Center is a large span suspended structure.The system will transform during the construction of steel structure,so the force on the steel structure has some difference with the calculation of the whole structure.The project construction was simulated and analyzed by SAP2000.Based on the force characteristics of the structure,the corresponding uninstall program was developed,and the camber values of all parts of the structure were proposed.The connection deformation between the suspended location and the external frame can be controlled through construction simulation.And the error of manufacturing and installation of the component can be controlled also.
