摘要
大连新世界大厦东塔楼在停建多年后重新续建,在对已建结构进行安全评估的基础上进行续建工程设计。续建主楼56层,主体高度196.65m,结构体系为钢管混凝土框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒混合结构。为了满足侧移刚度要求,在层15,26,37设置了结构加强层。介绍了此超限复杂高层建筑结构的性能目标和技术措施,并对计算结果进行了分析。
Structure system was transformed because the plan of reconstruction was altered and new use function was added when the construction continued after suspending for several years.This transformation brought the differences of applicable design code;moreover,the reliability and security requirements of connection between newly built part and completed part and interaction of the two towers need to be properly handled.By optimizing,truss extensive cantilever was set up at the strengthened story of 15,26,37 and story drifts satisfied the demand of new codes.According to this out-of-codes and complex high-rise buildings,the design criteria were introduced for the technical measure,seismic performance objectives,calculating methods and the analysis of the results.
