四边简支夹层玻璃承载性能理论和试验研究 被引量:12

Theoretical and experimental study on load bearing capacity of laminated glass simply supported on four sides

摘要 采用ANSYS有限元软件对四边简支夹层玻璃受弯进行数值分析,并与受弯承载力试验结果比较,研究夹层玻璃的受力特点,进而得出准确的夹层玻璃的力学计算模型。在夹层玻璃承载力试验和大量数值模拟的基础上,与国内外玻璃幕墙规程进行比较,归纳总结出PVB胶片对夹层玻璃承载力的影响程度,对现行《玻璃幕墙工程技术规范》(JGJ 102—2003)中关于夹层玻璃在风荷载等短期荷载作用下的挠度公式进行修正并给出修正系数。 The laminated glass simply supported on four sides subjected to bending was analyzed using the finite element software ANSYS,and the numerical analysis was compared with the experimental results.Based on the theoretical and experimental results,accurate calculation model was established.On the basis of many finite element analysis of laminated glass and load bearing capacity tests,the formula for calculating maximum displacement of four-sides supported laminated glass in Technical code for glass curtain wall engineering(JGJ 102—2003) was revised and the corresponding revised coefficient was given.
