摘要
针对高速针刺机椭圆针刺轨迹的设计需要,提出了一种基于曲柄滑块机构和圆柱凸轮机构的椭圆轨迹生成方法,介绍了其工作原理,并在理论分析的基础上设计了机构模型,设计了圆柱凸轮的导槽型线和凸轮的三维模型,利用Cosmos Motion软件进行了机构运动仿真,验证了机构运动轨迹的正确性,最后设计了椭圆轨迹针刺机的主传动系统和主要的部件。
A combined mechanism for the purpose of ellipse trajectory needling machine is presented,which composed of crank connecting rod mechanism and cylindrical cam mechanism.The principle of mechanism is demonstrated,and the model of mechanism is designed according to theoretical analysis.Moreover,the profile of cylindrical cam and the 3D molding entity are designed.The mechanism is simulated via cosmos motion software,and the correction of the trajectory of mechanism is validated.In the end,the assembly model and subassembly model of main transmission system for ellipse trajectory needling machine are designed.
