摘要
根据三轮式轻质车后置转向机构的特性和Ackerman转角,推导出了该机构的运动学方程,以转向梯形的底脚θ0和转向臂长m为设计变量,建立评价优劣的目标函数f(x),在MATLAB中调用优化函数工具箱,进行优化设计。优化后,在ADAMS中建立转向机构三维模型进行动态仿真验证分析。最后,通过实践应用参赛,证明结果有效,达到优化目的。
Based on the three-type light vehicle's features and Ackerman steering angle,and the bottom of the foot and the steering linkage steering arm length be designed as variables.Then call the optimization function in MATLAB toolbox to optimize the design.Finally,the front wheel steering angle and theoretical optimization results is very close to Ackerman angle,and the steering mechanism be created in ADAMS for dynamic three-dimensional model simulation results,the results proved it is effective and the optimal goal is achieved.
