变刚度蛇形弹簧联轴器齿向弧形面,齿槽间隙小,加工时较为困难。对加工零件功能及工艺进行了分析,确定了零件加工工艺方案,拟定了装夹方案,给出了夹具设计结构图、刀具选用计算。提出了加工过程中应注意的问题,给出了加工过程中的数据计算方法,采用较为经济的加工工艺完成了齿向弧形面的加工。
