摘要
中级医师是学科人才梯队的中坚,医院必须改变过去重使用而轻培养的惯性做法,加强中级医师培养。通过概述国内外中级医师培养现状,然后以南京军区南京总医院为例,着重从三级学科轮转、医疗组轮换、国外进修学习、综合素质培养和加强继续医学教育五方面论述了此模式的实践方法,最后分析了其实践效益。通过对中级医师实施专科化培养,南京军区南京总医院打造了一支以中级医师为主力、素质过硬的学科人才梯队,为促进医院可持续发展打下了坚实的基础。
General specialists are the backbone elements of hospitals' talents echelon, hospitals must change its inertial action which value use but despise. This paper firstly summarized the current situation of general professional training abroad and civil. Then, based on the case of the General Hospital of Nanjing Military Command of PLA, the practice of training mode are discussed from the aspects of 3-level subjects rotate, medical teams rotate, engage in advanced studies, training of comprehensive attainment and CME. Its effectiveness of application is also analyzed. By genera specialist training in General Hospital of Nanjing Military Command of PLA,, a qualified genera specialist team has been shaped to give foundation for hospital sustainable development.
