介绍了医院物资管理的总体环境及物资管理的目标,认为通过物资管理,夯实物资、设备等管理基础,梳理业务流程,建立科学、规范、适用的管理流程,并通过信息化的手段,达到提升医院运营管理的目的。
The environment and objective of hospital material management is introduced. By strengthening material management, improving material and facility management, integrating hospital business process, establishing scientific, regular and appropriate management process and by methods of informatization, hospital operation management can be improved.
