入院计划概念框架系统分析

Systematic analysis on conception framework of hospitalization plan

合理有效的安排患者入院的时间和过程就是要为需要住院的患者制定一个入院计划。笔者简单介绍了国外研究中提出的入院计划涉及的概念框架,即制定一个入院计划包括六个基本步骤:(1)定义入院计划;(2)划分入院计划的层次;(3)识别入院计划细则;(4)辨明涉及到的资源;(5)识别入院计划制定的背景;(6)确定入院计划的制定标准。

A hospitalization plan is needed for rational and effective arrange patient＇s hospitalization time and process, ttospitalization conception framework was briefly introduced, there were 6 steps to design a hospitalization plan： （1） definition, （2） division level, （3） identification de,tails, （4） identification resources, （5） identification background, （6） assure standards.
