摘要
膨胀管技术主要应用于优化井身结构、预防井壁掉块及坍塌、封堵高压层或低压漏失层、修补井中损坏的套管等,被认为是21世纪石油钻采行业的核心技术之一。但目前在国内油田现场试验中存在膨胀过程中膨胀工具易卡、膨胀后膨胀工具不易取出等问题。为此,对膨胀工具进行了改进,并进行了膨胀工具的优化设计计算,改进后的膨胀工具有望成为套损井修复的核心技术。
Bulged tube technology considered as one of the core technology of oil drilling industry in 21th century,is mainly used in optimizing well bore configuration,preventing borehole wall from clipping and sloughing,plugging high pressure zone or low pressure loss layer,and repatching the damaged casing,etc.However,the inflation tools are easy to be stuck in the inflation process and not easy to be taken out after expansion in field test in domestic oilfield.Therefore,some improvements are made on the expansion tools,and the optimization design calculation of expansion tools is conducted.The improved expansion tools are expected to become the core technology of repairing casing damage.
