摘要
对涠洲原油、西江原油、卡宾达原油、米纳斯原油、白虎原油等非大庆原油的减压侧线，利用酮苯脱蜡、溶剂精制、白土补充精制的“老三套”工艺流程，生产润滑油基础油，其质量符合ＭＶＩ指标要求。采用上述非大庆油生产的ＭＶＩ基础油，可以调制出ＬＨＬ、ＬＨＭ 液压油，ＬＤＡＢ１００、１５０ 往复式压缩机油，１００ 、１５０ 中负荷工业齿轮油，８５ Ｗ／９０ ＧＬ３ 车辆齿轮油，Ｎ４６Ⅱ型透平油及ＬＴＳＡ 汽轮机油，ＣＣ３０、ＣＣ４０、ＳＤ／ＣＣ３０ 等中高档润滑油。
The lubricating basestocks were produced by MEK dewaxing, solvent refining and clay finishing of vacuum distillates from Weizhou, Xinjiang, Cabinda, Minas and White Tiger crude oils, with the result that the qualities met MVI specification, and L HL and L HM hydraulic oils,L DAB100 and 150 reciprocating compressor oil, 100 and 150 medium duty industrial gear oils,85W/90 GL 3 vehicle gear oil,N46 Ⅱ turbine oil and L TSA turbine oils,CC30,CC40 and SD/CC30 medium to premium lubricating oils can be produced.
