连续掺钛蓝宝石激光器的三种折叠腔型的稳定性分析与比较

摘要 从激光器谐振腔的往返矩阵出发,根据谐振腔的稳态条件及象散补偿条件,采用C 语言编制程序,利用计算机画谐振腔的稳区图,对连续Ti3+ :Al2O3 激光器的四镜、五镜、七镜三种折叠腔型的稳定性分别加以分析并作了比较,所得结论对设计激光器具有重要的指导意义. The stability of the four_mirror,five_mirror and seven- mirror folded cavity of CW Ti:sapphire laser is analyzed respectively and compared by using the computer which draws the stable range figure of resonator through running the program of C Language which is programmed according to the round-trip matrixes and the stable conditions and the astigmatic compensation conditions of resonator.The conclusion we have gained has important guiding significance to designing the laser.
