健康教育对门诊老年高血压患者治疗依从性的影响

Effect of Health Education on the Treatment Compliance of Elderly Outpatients With Hypertension

目的观察健康教育干预对门诊老年高血压患者治疗依从性的影响。方法抽取门诊老年高血压患者68例,进行健康教育12个月,在实施健康教育前后分别测量高血压值和原发性高血压患者依从行为量表中各因子得分,并将结果进行比较。结果老年高血压患者收缩压和舒张压在健康教育后较健康教育前有明显下降(P<0.001);原发性高血压患者依从行为量表因子中意向、态度、责任、生活方式、药物治疗、总分得分较健康教育前下降(P<0.001);吸烟因子得分较健康教育前下降(P<0.05)。结论健康教育可以改善患者的治疗依从性,同时达到了改善血压的目的 。

Objective To observe the effect of health education on the treatment compliance of elderly outpatients with hypertension. Methods 68 elderly outpatients with hypertension were selected and given health education in a period of 12 months. Blood pressure and the scores of the comRliance of patients with primary hypertension were used to evaluate the outcomes of health education. Results After health education, both SBP and DBP were significantly decreased （ P 〈 0. 001 ） and the scores were significantly lower in intention, attitude, responsibility, lifestyle, medication and the total （ P 〈 0. 001 ）. Also, the score of smoking got decreased （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Health education could improve the treatment compliance of patients and blood pressure.
