依达拉奉对血管性痴呆患者脑脊液中乙酰胆碱和胆碱含量的影响 被引量:4

Edaravone Injection on the Concentration of Acetylecholine and Choline in Cerebrospinal Fluid of Patients With Vascular Dementia

摘要 目的探讨依达拉奉对血管性痴呆(VD)患者脑脊液(CSF)中乙酰胆碱(ACh)和胆碱(Ch)含量的影响,以及ACh、Ch与认知障碍的关系。方法 VD患者44例,随机分为治疗组22例(给予依达拉奉治疗)和VD组22例(未进行依达拉奉治疗),利用高效液相色谱检测方法(HPLC)进行脑脊液的ACh和Ch检测,采用简易精神状态量表(MMSE)进行认知功能评分,而后进行比较和分析。结果 VD组和治疗组患者CSF的ACh和Ch含量低于对照组(P<0.05),与MMSE评分呈正相关。结论①ACh的降低与认知障碍呈正相关,提示ACh是与高级神经功能有关的重要神经递质;②依达拉奉能清除自由基能提高脑内ACh水平,改善认知功能。 Objective To detect the effect of Edaravone Injection on the concentration of acetyleholine (ACh) and choline (Ch) in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of patients with vascular dementia (VD) , and their correlation with cognitive impairment. Methods 44 patients with VD were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group (22 cases) and the control group(22cases). Both groups were measured for their concentration of ACh and Ch in CSF using the high - performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Then, MMSE was used for their cognitive function score. Finally, the scores of MMSE and concentrations of ACh and Ch were compared. Results The concentration of ACh and Ch in patients with VD were found to be significantly lower than that in the controls ( P 〈 0.05 ), which showed a positive correlation with MMSE scores. Conclusions 1 ) The decrease of ACh is positively correlated with cognitive impairment, indicating that ACh is an important neurotransmitters for higher nervous function. 2) With the action of free radicals scavenging, Edaravone Injection could increase the concentration of ACtr in cerebrospinal fluid and improve cognitive function.
