摘要
SDH的发展带动了SDH 专用集成电路ASIC的发展,SDH 专用ASIC也促进了SDH的发展。由于SDH 处理的信号速率高,而现有的大规模CMOS集成工艺在速率和功耗等方面给ASIC的设计提出了一定的限制,从而给SDH 专用集成电路设计带来了困难。为有效解决这一问题,本文结合作者的实际工作,提出和总结了在SDH 专用集成电路设计中的一些并行处理方法,并结合实际应用给出了实例。
The development of SDH technology has promoted the development of SDH ASIC, but the speed and power consumption of CMOS technology have hindered the high speed SDH signal processing. This paper provides several parallel processing methods that have been successfuly used in SDH ASIC design. The examples of these methods are also presented.
