山东省农村居民基本药物认知与影响因素分析

Analyzing the Awareness and Affecting Factors of Essential Medicines among Rural Residents in Shandong Province

通过对山东省2 274户农村居民进行问卷调查发现,农村居民基本药物知晓率低,性别、年龄、文化程度、收入水平、职业等均为知晓率的影响因素。政府需加大宣传力度,扩大传媒宣传的覆盖面,敦促医生在诊疗过程中普及基本药物知识,以提高农村居民的认知程度,促进基本药物可及性。

According to the survey conducted among 2 274 residents in Shandong province, the average awareness on essential medicines was on a comparatively low stage. Many factors, including sex, age, education qualification, yearly income, vocation were significant difference. Our government should take measures strengthen publicity, expand the coverage of the media publicity, urge the doctor popularize basic medicine knowledge in diagnosis and treatment process, to enhance the awareness degree of rural residents and promote the accessibility of national essential medicine.
