摘要
由于广域继电保护在解决传统保护难题方面具有优势,相关技术研究受到了广泛和持续的关注。从广域继电保护基本作用出发,分析广域继电保护的特点和功能要求,阐述基于在线自适应整定原理和基于故障元件判别原理实现广域继电保护的两个基本途径,讨论有限广域继电保护的概念,探讨基于故障元件判别原理的广域继电保护主要研究内容和技术要求,并据此要求介绍几种广域继电保护的新型故障元件判别原理和算法。
Recently, wide area relaying protection (WARP) is attracting wide concern for its advantages in coping with challenges to traditional protection. This paper analyses the fundamental roles, connotations and functions of WARP, and expounds two approaches to realizing WARP, which are on-line adaptive setting (OAS) principle and fault element identification (FEI) principle respectively. Meanwhile, the concept of limited-wide-area relaying protection is introduced. The main research subjects and technical requirements of WARP based on FEI principle are discussed and several new FEI algorithms based on these requirements are presented.
