电力杆塔监控系统中电子地图的设计研究

Design of electronic map for power tower monitoring system

针对使用专业地理信息系统(GIS)平台开发应用于电力系统的电子地图,提出了运用Google地图制作电子地图的方法。该方法分析介绍了Google地图的命名规则和下载技术,开发出了简易的地图编辑软件。最终将Google地图加载到该编辑软件中,来制作应用于电力杆塔监控的电子地图。使用该方法制作出的电子地图拥有信息表达、放大、缩小、显示特定区域等专业平台地图的功能,并且还具备成本低廉、运行可靠、画面丰富等优点。

In view of the electronic map developed based on professional Geographic Information System platform and used in power system, this paper proposes to use Google maps to create the electronic map. This method introduces the naming rule and downloading technology of the Google map and develops a simple map-editing software. The Google maps would be loaded into the map-editing software to create electronic map used in power tower monitoring system. This electronic map possesses functions like information representation, zoom, displaying specific area professional, and so on. It also has the advantages of low cost, reliable operation and rich pictures.
