可再生能源接入下新型可中断负荷发展研究 被引量:31

摘要 对可中断负荷(IL)的基本概念、主要特性、激励补偿机制和应用研究进行了阐述。大量多样化可再生能源接入系统带来一系列机遇和挑战,IL的特性融合和协调调度为其发展提供了新的思路,一些新的概念和问题也随之产生。主要从大规模风电接入、微网双向控制、移动式负荷中断、分布式能源优化四个方面对IL概念扩充、参与形式、应用研究方法和问题等进行了探讨。最后,对能源集中接入和分散接入下IL市场设计、备用框架、继保配合、电能质量控制、综合指标评估等方面进行了分析,并对未来发展研究进行了展望。 The basic concepts, main characteristics, and incentive compensation mechanism of interruptible load (IL) are expounded, as well as its application research. With large number of various forms of renewable energy access to the system leading to a series of opportunities and challenges, a new way integrated with characteristic fusion and coordination dispatch of IL is proposed, which contributes to new concepts and questions. This paper discusses concepts extension, participation forms, application research method and problems of IL from aspects of large-scale of wind power access, two-way control of micro-grid, mobile load interruption and distributed energy optimization. Finally, under energy concentrated access and dispersed access, market designing, reserve framework, relay protection, power quantity control and the implementation of the comprehensive evaluation index of IL are analyzed and future research is discussed.
