摘要
大环内酯类抗生素在临床上的广泛应用导致其耐药性问题日益凸显,对其作用机制及构效关系进行深入研究,有助于设计出抗菌活性更强且不易诱导耐药性的新型抗生素。综述大环内酯类抗生素抗菌机制及构效关系的研究现状。
The wide use of macrolide antibiotics in clinical practice has led to the increasing drug resistance problems in bacteria. Making deep research on the action mechanisms and structure-activity relationships (SARs) of macrolides is helpful to the rational design for the new antibiotics which can overcome bacterial resistance and improve the anti-bacteria activities. The current research status of antibacterial mechanisms and SARs of macrolide antibiotics was reviewed in this paper.
