摘要
无砂混凝土小桩后处理技术,对于处理软弱路基以及进行高速公路拓宽,具有明显的效果。通过工程实例,介绍其工后效果。建立有限元数值模型,分析粉喷桩和无砂混凝土小桩的受力、路基土体的超孔隙水压力变化以及路堤的变形特点,验证了其使用的有效性。通过参数分析,得到了该技术使用时土体的适用条件,并分析了粉喷桩以及无砂混凝土小桩在不同桩长、桩间距情况下的沉降、孔压以及桩土应力比的一般规律。
No-sand concrete micro-pile post-treatment technology has the obvious effect on processing weak subgrade and expressway broadening. Through field research it was introduced effects of the treatment. Finite element numerical models were established to analyze the stress of powder-jetted piles and no-sand concrete micro-piles, excess pore pressure change and deformation characteristics of the typical embankment section, so as to verify effectiveness of its use. Through the parameters analysis, the using condition of the soil coefficient of permeability was obtained. By analyzing powder-jetted piles and no-sand concrete micro-piles in the condition of different pile length, regularities of exceed pore pressure, road embankment settlement and the stress ratio of pile-soil were obtained. Which provided a theoretic guide for further use of no-sand concrete micro-pile post-treatment technology.
