摘要
供能电源一直是电力电缆和输电线路在线监测系统亟待解决的关键问题。分析了现有供能电源存在的不足,设计了一种电力电缆分布式测温系统的取能电源。该电源根据电磁感应原理,利用带气隙的线圈从高压电缆感应取能,并通过电源管理单元和充电管理单元,将电缆电流转变为稳定的输出电压,为分布式测温系统供能。基于此,通过理论分析和软件仿真,实现对取能线圈结构参数最优匹配,满足实际线路需要;通过电源管理单元和充电管理单元,有效解决了电源续航能力和输出电压稳定性问题。实验结果表明,该取能电源能够为电力电缆分布式测温系统提供足够的能量,满足可靠性要求。
Draw-out power supply is always crucial for power cable and transmission line monitoring system. This pa- per analyses the shortcomings of existing power supply and designs a draw-out power supply for distribution cable temperature monitoring. Based on electromagnetic induction, this power supply obtains induction power from the ca- ble in high potentials using a draw-out power coil with air-gap, transforms the cable current into a stable output volt- age with a power management unit and a charging management unit, and provides the power for distribution cable temperature monitoring. Based on the above design, the optimal coil parameter matching is achieved to meet the practical needs; with the power management unit and charging management unit, the power duration and the output power stability problems are effectively solved. Experiment results show that this draw-out power supply can provide sufficient energy for distribution cable temperature monitoring system and meets the reliability requirement.
