摘要
讨论了一种超低噪声的三毫米波LFMCW 雷达接收机的设计和实现,提出并实现了线性调频连续波雷达差拍信号的频域动态范围压缩技术,降低了雷达系统对A/D变换器动态范围的要求。实验结果表明,该接收机具有超低噪声、高增益和好的频率响应特性,可满足三毫米波LFMCW
Thispaperpresents the design and im plem entation ofa3m m W LFMCW radarreceiverw ith ultra-low noise. The dynam ic suppression technique in frequency dom ain for the LFMCW radar beat signals is given and accom plished, w hich decreases the required dynam ic range of the A/D converter for the radar system . The experim ental results show that the receiver has characteristics of ultra-low noise, high gain and good frequency response, which satisfiestherequirem entsofthe 3mm W LFMCW radarsystem .
