企业对外投资区位选择的能力资源整合分析——以万向集团为例

Analysis of Capable Resource Integration on Location Choice in FDI——A Case Study of the Wanxiang Group

本文从资源基础理论出发,在综合与继承代表性国际直接投资理论核心思想的基础上,构筑了能力资源整合理论的分析框架,将企业对外投资的区位选择与企业自身所具有的能力资源、投资动机结合起来进行考察,并对企业对外投资的区位选择进行了分析。该分析框架从动态的角度提出了能力资源的概念,把能力资源的拥有与海外资源的获取有机地联系起来,将优势利用论与优势获取论统一在一个模型当中,使我们能够逻辑一致地解释各种类型国家企业的多种跨国经营行为。最后,以万向集团为例进行案例与实证分析,以检验理论的正确性。本文的结论是,能力整合理论分析框架能够很好地解析企业海外投资活动的各种方式和全部过程,具有普遍的适用性,能够为我国企业开展海外投资活动提供科学的理论指导。

Based on typical FDI theories, the article establishes the Capable Resource Integration theory （CRI）. It analyzes the location choice combined with enterprises＇ capable resource and foreign investment motives as well as that of enterprises＇ foreign investment. The authors put forward the definition of the Capable Resource from a dynamic angle, connect the owning of Capable Resource with the obtaining of overseas resources, and put the theory of advantage utilization and advantage acquisition in one model. CRI theory enables us to explain different transnational behaviors and process of enterprises in various types of countries. At last, the case study of Wanxiang group aims to empirically apply the theory. The conclusion is that CRI theory has universal applicability and provides theoretical support on developing overseas investments of Chinese enterprises.
