摘要
针对胶东蚀变岩型金矿进行了一系列的选矿试验研究。通过条件试验和流程试验,确定采用"一粗二扫一精"的工艺流程,其中磨矿细度为-200目55.30%、异戊基黄药用量为200 g/t、丁胺黑药用量为4 g/t、11#油用量为65 g/t,经过闭路流程试验研究,在金精矿品位96.32 g/t的前提下,将金回收率提高至95%以上,选别效果较为明显,为选矿厂日后生产流程设计等提供了一定的理论依据。
A series of experimental study on mineral processing of the Jiaodong altered rock - type gold - bearing ore from east Shandong was carried out. Through the condition tests and the flow tests, a beneficiation process of "one roughing flotation, two scaveging flotation and one cleaner concentration" is determined. Moreover, the grinding fineness is 55.30% in - 200 meshes,and the dosage of the isoamyl xanthate is 200 g/t, the dosage of butylamine black drug is 40 g/t,the dosage of 1 lth oil is 65 g/t. The experimental study on closed - circuit experiment shows that on the premise of the gold concentrate grade being 96.32 g/t,the gold recovery rate increases to 95% ,With an excellent separation effect. All of these provide a theoretical basis for the design of the production flow in future.
