The Analysis of the Problems and Causes in the Response and Restoration Systems of Olympics Stadiums in Beijing.

对北京奥运场馆衰减的绩效进行回馈及恢复,是当前公共管理中迫切需要解决的问题。本文运用赫希曼的"退出—呼吁"理论分析北京奥运场馆绩效的回馈与恢复机制所面临的困境,探寻其产生的原因。希望借此弥补当前北京奥运场馆赛后运营管理研究中对非市场因素研究的不足。

How to respond and restore the deterioration of Olympic stadiums in Beijing is now a pressing problem to be solved in public administration. This article examines the dilemma of the response and restoration systems of the stadiums, using Hirschman＇ s ＂exit-voice＂ theory to investigate the causes of this situation and offering a supplement to the lack of research on non-market factors of the stadiums^management. This analysis should be helpful for the perform restoration of the stadiums, and the realization of its public interest.
