摘要
2010年6月开始,通过对台州市200家中小企业进行人才需求状况调查分析,认为中小企业在人才需求上存在着基层人才需求缺口大、各层次需求结构差异明显、现有人才岗位适应度差等问题,同时在人才需求总量、结构、紧缺人才类型等方面具有鲜明特点,通过分析原因,提出了以现代人才资本观为核心的解决对策。
Since June 2010,200 small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) in Taizhou prefecture survey analysis of demand for talent that SMEs are in the demand for talent on large grass-roots talent gap,significant differences at all levels on structure,the existing personnel positions poor to adapt to the job,and has distinctive characteristics in terms of total demand for qualified personnel,structure,shortage of qualified personnel,proposed modern human capital concept as the core.
