摘要
分析数控电火花小孔高速加工机床的工作原理及软件功能任务,基于"PC+NC"型开放式数控系统结构,采用C#.NET作为软件开发工具,研究机床开放式数控系统人机界面、智能化伺服进给控制及设备驱动程序等软件设计方法。应用实验表明,该软件人机界面良好,加工操作简便,易于二次开发,较好地满足了数控电火花小孔高速加工机床对开放式数控系统的要求。
The working mechanism and role of software is analyzed in high speed CNC drilling machine. The human computer interface, intelligent servo feed control and device drivers is designed based on 'PC + NC' open-end system structure and C~. Net. Experimental results show that the hu- man computer interface is well designed. It is convenient to use and easy to be redeveloped. As a result, it can satisfy the requirements for open-end CNC system in high speed CNC drilling machine.
