Applications of microwave dielectric materials in filter design

摘要 随着微波介质陶瓷材料性能的提升,高介电常数和高Q值的介质材料开始逐渐在移动通信系统中获得应用.为实现高性能与小型化滤波单元提供了可能,给出了工作在第三代个人移动通信(3G)频段和下一代移动通信(TD-LTE)的测试频段上的新型8腔横电模(TE)和8腔横磁模(TM)介质滤波器设计实例,通过与传统金属同轴腔滤波器相比较,TE模介质滤波器的通带性能获得显著提高,TM模介质滤波器在水平横截面上减小约30%的外形尺寸,实验测试结果验证了其可行性和设计正确性. With their the improved performance,dielectric materials with high permittivity and high Q-value were applied in filter design to improve performance.A TE mode dielectric filter with eight poles for 3G communication and a TM mode dielectric filter with eight poles for TD-LTE were proposed.Compared with the traditional metal cavity filter,excellent responses can be obtained and measured from the proposed filter design.
