基于DS18B20数字温度计的设计及在轧机轴承温度测控中应用

Design of Digital Thermometer Based on DS18B20 and Its Application on Temperature Monitoring and Controlling for Rolling Mill Bearing

针对狭窄空间的轧钢机轴承的温度测量,设计一种基于温度传感器DS18B20的数字温度计,阐明了使用温度传感器DS18B20的必然性,简要介绍并给出了硬件电路和软件设计构思,通过现场实测,突破了传统温度传感器的应用,达到了预期效果。

Aiming at the measurement of temperature in the narrow space of rolling mill bearing, the paper designs a digital ther mometer based on temperature sensor DS18B20. It illustrates the necessity of using DS18B20, and gives a brief introduction to the hardware circuit and software design ideas. By on-site measurement, it breaks through the traditional application of temperature sensor, and achieves the desired effect.
