介绍塑料激光焊接的先决条件、原理与工艺、应用及各种优点。通过添加适当的吸收剂和选择合适的塑料和激光工艺参数,能够成功地进行塑料激光焊接。证实了激光焊接是一种可行的、更佳的塑料焊接方法。
This article deals with pre-condition, principle and processes, applications and a number of advantages of plastics laser welding. It points out that it is possible to successfully achieve laser welding of plastics by adding suitable absorbent and selecting correct plastics and laser parameters. It has been proven that laser welding is not only a viable , but also a better plastics welding method.
