摘要
介绍了医用化验瓶形状、结构及成型工艺性,在满足用户要求的前提下,分析了普通注射模成型所存在的问题与不足,设计了采用热流道注射成型的科学合理的热流道注射模,并论述了模具的主要特点及模具设计中应注意的问题。
The shape, structure and technical character are introduced, at the same time, problem and shortcoming of common injection moulding are analyzed. The injection moulding with hot-flow-path is applied novelty and science mould is designed, the chiefly characteristics of mould are analyzed, problems must be attentioned in the designing.
