Integrated management and control is the organic combination of computer management network and DCS.Its realization provides scientific methods and basis for the modernization of the production and management of large ammonia enterprises.Taking Jinxi Natural Gas Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd.as an example,this paper demonstrates the design and realization procedure of the integration of production control and enterprise management as well as the benefits from management and control integration.
