Treatment of senile femoral intertrochanteric fractures with dynamic hip screw

目的探讨动力髋螺钉（DHS）治疗老年患者股骨粗隆间骨折的手术方法及疗效。方法对68例老年股骨粗隆间骨折手术治疗的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组随访6个月~3年,平均14.5个月,骨折全部愈合,按髋关节创伤后的功能评分Sanders标准：优35例,良28例,可5例,优良率92.64%。结论 DHS手术治疗老年人股骨粗隆间骨折简单有效,术后并发症少,是治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的较理想方法,适合基层医院开展应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and methods of dynamic hip screw（DHS） in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures.Methods The data of 68 patients with intertrochanteric femoral fracture admitted to our hospital were retrospectively reviewed.Results All patients were followed up from 6 months to 3 years with an average of 14.5 months.All the fractures healed.According to Sanders criteria on functional score after hip joint trauma,the treatment outcomes were excellent in 35 patients,good in 28 and fair in 5,with an efficacy rate of 92.64%.Conclusion DHS is effective for treatment of intertrochanteric femoral fracture in the elderly with fewer complications.It is suitable for application in grass-root level hospitals.
