银黄漱口液用于预防化疗性口腔炎的疗效观察

Therapeutic observation of Silver Yellow Gargle Liquid in the prevention of chemotherapy stomatitis

目的探讨银黄漱口液用于预防化疗性口腔炎的效果。方法将120例大肠癌化疗患者随机分为观察组、对照1组、对照2组各40例,观察组使用银黄漱口液自化疗之日起,口腔含漱3次/d,早晚刷牙后及午餐后各含漱1次,对照1组用生理盐水含漱,对照2组用稀碘附含漱。于化疗当日起,连续8 d。观察3组患者口腔炎、口腔溃疡发生情况。结果观察组口腔炎发生率明显低于对照组,对照2组口腔炎发生率明显低于对照1组;观察组发生口腔溃疡程度明显轻于对照组,对照2组发生口腔溃疡程度明显轻于对照1组(P<0.05)。结论银黄漱口液用于预防化疗性口腔炎的效果显著。

Objective To explore therapeutic observation of Silver Yellow Gargle Liquid in the prevention of chemotherapy stomatitis. Methods 120 patients with colorectal cancer chemotherapy were randomly divided into observation group, control group 1 and control group 2 with 40 cases in each group. The observation group rinsed with Silver Yellow Gargle Liquid after chemotherapy, three times a day. Control group 1 rinsed with normal saline solution and the control group 2 with diluted iodine. The treatment in each group lasted for eight day after chemotherapy. The occurrences of stomatitis and oral were observed. Results The stomatitis rate of the observa- tion group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The stomatitis rate of the control group 2 was significantly lower than that of the group 1. The oral ulcer of the observation group was significantly lighter than those of the control groups. The oral ulcer of the control group 2 was significantly lighter than the control group 1 （P（0.05）. Conclusion Silver Yellow Gargle Liquid is very effective in the prevention of chemotherapy stomatitis.
