1例无肝素化体外膜肺氧合治疗低心排患者的临床护理 被引量:2

摘要 由于各种原因导致的术后低心排综合征是心脏外科手术严重并发症之一,体外膜肺氧合(EC—MO)以其有效的循环、呼吸支持在低心排治疗中显示出明显的优势。出血是ECMO早期严重并发症之一,是导致患者死亡的重要原因,因而出血的预防及护理就成为ECMO患者重要的护理措施。2011年3月,本科应用无肝素化ECMo救治1例严重低心排患者,经精心护理,效果满意,现报告如下。
