摘要
在长期的滑坡灾害防治工作中,三峡库区已积累了大量的工程资料,但这些资料主要储存在单项工程报告中而没有被充分利用。为了有效地利用现有的滑坡工程数据,提高资料的管理水平,提出并实现了基于区域管理的滑坡灾害信息系统,该系统可对指定区域多个滑坡工程的数据进行综合管理和处理,为工程建设决策、规划提供了直观的依据;并可利用拟评价工程场地附近的历史资料生成相应的信息,对待评价地区进行预测和预评估评价,这样既可优化评价手段又能节省评估费用。
Many engineering data have been accumulated in the long-term landslide prevention work of the Three Gorges Reservoir Region. But these data exist in each single project report, and thus are not completely utilized. To make better use of the data and improve the management efficiency, the information system based on the regional management was put forward, which can comprehensively manage and process the landslide engineering data from any definite area of the projects, and provide straightforward base for project construction decision and programming. The information system can also use nearby history data on sites of a planned evaluation project to forecast and estimate the geological environment, which optimizes the evaluation methods and economizes the evaluation cost at the same time.
