摘要
采用醇盐法制备TiO2溶胶,用浸渍—提拉方式制成TiO2薄膜。通过光解实验,确定了TiO2膜的最佳焙烧温度和焙烧时间,考察了金属离子对TiO2薄膜光催化性能的影响。结果表明,TiO2薄膜适宜的制备条件是焙烧温度475～525℃,焙烧时间1.0～1.5h,钕离子、锌离子对提高TiO2膜的光催化性能具有明显作用。
The TiO 2 films were prepared by soak-raise in TiO 2 sol, formed from hydrolysis of titanium alkoxide. The influnences of preparation parameters,including roast temperature,roast time and metal ions added,on the photocatalytic properties of TiO 2 were studied by photolysis.The results showed that the suitable conditions for the preparation of TiO 2 films were roast temperatur 475 ～ 525 ℃, roast time 1.0～ 1.5 h.The addition of Nb and Zn had obvious effect on the photocatalytic properties of TiO 2 films.
